Constitution Day- Wednesday, September 16th
📜 Constitution Day – Wednesday, September 17th 🇺🇸
On September 17, 1787, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, our nation’s leaders came together at Independence Hall to sign the U.S. Constitution. This important document became the “rulebook” for our country—it explains how our government works and protects the rights and freedoms of the people. A total of 39 delegates from 12 of the 13 original states signed it that day, marking a monumental moment in American history.
Each year, we celebrate Constitution Day to honor the signing of this document and reflect on the values that unite us as citizens. To celebrate, we invite all of our Bear Cubs to wear red, white, and blue on Wednesday, September 17th. Let’s come together to show our pride and celebrate this very special day in our country’s history!
